With the secured online payment of a credit card, you can easily upgrade your Internet bandwidth that you designate. You will receive an email confirmation after each statement has hit your account. Are there any contracts associated with HiSpeedUp from Time Warner Cable? No contracts are associated with the HiSpeedUp product. HiSpeedUp is part of the enhanced amenity package as a result of Time Warner Cable's partnership with your property. You can upgrade your speed for 3 days, month-to-month and semester long intervals. We recommend signing up for the length that is closest to your stay with the property. How do I sign-up for HiSpeedUp?
What happens to my original settings on my browser after I register? Once you shut down or log off the Internet, your default settings will be restored. After your initial login, you will no longer need to re-login to access the Internet, unless you decide to upgrade. Will I have to always login after I register for HiSpeedUp? No, once you register and login you will no longer need to login to access the Internet. Remember, if you choose to upgrade in the future you will need your Email and Password to access your account. Please save these two pieces of information for future use. You will always need to add devices or upgrade your speed! How do I upgrade my speed? Click on the Upgrade Now link, enter your Email and Password, then follow the links to upgrade and experience Internet like you have never before! May I use my current email address to register for HiSpeedUp? Yes, you may use any email address that you are currently using or have used in the past that is still active. How can I add additional devices to my account? Once logged in into your HiSpeedUp account, you will see a "Support" link at the top of the page. Click on the link, then access the "User Guide" to view the "Add Additional Devices" section. How many devices can I add onto my account? You can add up to 5 devices on your default speed that your property provides currently. Anything over 5 devices will result in poor speeds and will require you to upgrade to a higher bandwidth. Devices can be anything such as all Xbox consoles, Playstation consoles, Wii, routers, printers, etc. What happens if I lose my Email and Password information?
